Method
Practical security planning for safer daily operations.
Every assignment starts with the real environment: the site, people, routines, movement, communication and possible points of confusion. From there, I create a clear picture of the risks, what can be improved and what should be prioritized.
The work focuses on prevention and preparedness: how people move, how information flows, how responsibilities are assigned, how visitors are handled and how a team should react when something unusual happens.
Audit and planning
Risk mapping, physical security review, visitor flow, staff routines, internal communication and prioritized improvement plans.
Training and coordination
Staff awareness, prevention habits, logistics planning, emergency communication, role clarity and practical tabletop scenarios.
